AMERICAN COLLEGE PREP PROGRAM
ACADEMIC INSTRUCTION Students will study with JCS qualified teachers to asses and improve their English in preparation for TOEFL or IELTS testing. SAT professional coach will teach students how to improve their SAT scores with study strategies and test specific material mastery. Students will be guided through completing a college application to one of their top choice Universities.
EXCURSIONS AND ACTIVITIES This program includes excursions to The University of Washington, where students will meet with an international student advisor. Students will also visit The University of Puget Sound. A full day of shopping in Seattle’s Premier Outlet mall and other sight seeing activities are also included in this program, along with a night of camping with American High School students. Other activities during the program will include boating, equestrian lessons, art, and visiting the Marine Science Center Museum.
HIGH SCHOOL TRANSFER CREDITS Students have the opportunity to earn 2 credits of US High School credit. This means that when transferring to a United States University, their transfer transcript will show that they have taken 2 credits worth of academic studies in the United States. These credits will cost an additional $200 USD in order to process them onto your student’s transcript.
IMMERSION WITH AMERICAN STUDENTS During every excursion and activity, your student will be accompanied by their American student language tutor. Their tutor will encourage English conversation, teach your student about American culture, and will help guide your student throughout the program.

- Housing 3 meals per day
